Which languages are supported?+

Hindi, English, and major Indian regional languages: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Malayalam and Punjabi.

Do you handle DNC and consent?+

DNC lists, consent windows, retry policies and quiet hours ship with the calling engine and are configured with our team during beta onboarding.

How is cost calculated?+

Per-minute pricing with transparent provider cost visibility. You always see estimated and final cost per call.

Can I bring my own SIP?+

Yes — enterprise plans support custom SIP trunk setups. For everyone else we provision and manage carrier-grade telephony end to end during onboarding.

How is data isolated between workspaces?+

Every workspace's data is isolated at the database layer with enforced row-level security — one workspace can never read another's data.

Can I export call history?+

CSV export and webhook streaming are on the roadmap for Growth and above. During beta, ask our team for a data export.
