Terms of Service

Sampark Karo provides software for running AI-assisted outbound voice calls: contact management, campaign and broadcast scheduling, a calling engine, transcripts, and cost reporting. Some features are marked beta or roadmap in the product; those are provided as-is and may change.

You agree not to use the service to:

• call people without a lawful basis under the DPDP Act, 2023 and TRAI regulations applicable to commercial communications;
• place calls outside permitted hours or to numbers on Do-Not-Call registries;
• impersonate others, commit fraud, or transmit unlawful content;
• probe, disrupt, or overload the platform or other tenants.

We may suspend workspaces that put recipients, carriers, or the platform at risk, and will tell you why unless law prevents it.

You retain all rights to the contact lists and content you upload. You warrant that you have the consents and registrations needed to contact the people on your lists, and you indemnify us against claims arising from unlawful calling campaigns you run.

Paid plans are billed in advance through Razorpay and activate a 30-day period of included minutes. Per-minute costs beyond your plan are shown in the product as estimated and final amounts. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing. [LEGAL REVIEW: refund policy]

The service is under active development and is offered without a formal SLA during beta. We work to keep it available and to fix issues quickly; planned maintenance and incidents are communicated to workspace owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You may stop using the service and request workspace deletion at any time. We may terminate for material breach with notice. Sections that by nature survive (data responsibilities, liability, disputes) survive termination.
